In parallel, we managed a separate activation at a hotel venue, transforming the space into a network of 48 branded corporate setups. With just 24 hours on the clock, our team delivered full production — from design and printing to final installation — with precision and speed. Every booth and desk was customized to meet the exhibitor’s needs, including color matching, layout adjustments, and real‑time coordination with visiting teams.
The concept focused on “Pilgrimage Meets Precision.” We designed each booth and setup to reflect the spiritual and logistical significance of the Hajj & Umrah journey.
